At Technic Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
